Celebration of the Multiplier Event of the Orienta4VET project

On April 4, the Conference "Exploring guidance strategies to improve retention and avoid dropout in Professional Training" took place at the Faculty of Education Sciences of the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

This event aimed to clarify the importance of vocational education and training (VET) and offer strategies to avoid the dropout of VET programs. During this day, VET actors from all areas gathered to show cutting-edge tools that will revolutionize VET itineraries and three resources were presented that will be useful to students, educators and professionals alike:

1. PR1: The interactive guide: developed by the professionals of the O4VET teams; this guide offers support to guidance professionals and teaching teams to develop strategies aimed at preventing the abandonment of VET itineraries.
2. PR2: The interactive map. Get ready to embark on an immersive journey with this interactive map, designed to connect VET enthusiasts with the best training opportunities and pathways.
3. PR3: The comprehensive training resource. This comprehensive resource is a game changer! It integrates PR1 and PR2, offering a training proposal in the field of vocational training.
