Today, November 15, 2024, the final conference of the Orienta4VET project took place at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Bucharest, under the theme: “An Attractive and Viable Path: Innovating in VET through orientation processes and exploring flexible and diversified opportunities in Vocational Education and Training (VET).”
This extraordinary event gathered education experts, trainers, and guidance professionals from across Europe to discuss the future of Vocational Education and Training (VET) and share the impactful results achieved throughout the project.
Key moments included the keynote speech by Prof. Romiță Iucu on the transformative role of micro-credentials, the presentation of project results by Patricia Olmos Rueda, and engaging Reflection Laboratories that explored guidance strategies and the current situation of VET across Europe through an interactive map. Participants also had the chance to experience the MOOC, a cutting-edge training resource developed during the project.
The conference ended with a heartfelt closing session led by project coordinators and a festive dinner celebrating the hard work and collaboration of all partners.
