Successful Multiplier Event Held in Kolding, Denmark

We are excited to announce the successful completion of our Multiplier Event, which took place on Thursday, May 16th, in Kolding, Denmark. The event brought together a diverse group of participants, in addition to our team members.

The primary focus of the event was to present the Orienta4VET project and its three main outcomes, with a particular emphasis on PR3 – The MOOC. This innovative online course aims to provide valuable educational resources and support.

The event fostered a productive discussion among participants, including one director, two project managers, one well-being employee, one associate professor, four heads of education, one principal, and one student worker. Key discussion points included:

1. Effort Focus for Counsellors: Participants deliberated on where counsellors should direct their efforts, considering that some drop-outs might still occur.
2. Prolonging Education: The possibilities of extending the duration of education were explored.
3. Best Practice from The Netherlands: A notable example from the Netherlands was shared, where drop-outs remain in school and attend a 6-week counseling course, assisting them in determining their next steps and preventing them from becoming NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training).
4. Counseling Medium: The conversation also covered the medium of counseling, with suggestions to transform it into an experience rather than just a dialogue.

We believe these insights will significantly contribute to the ongoing success and improvement of the Orienta4VET project. We are grateful to all participants for their valuable input and enthusiastic participation.
