The members of the Orienta4VET project are excited to announce their participation in the upcoming CIOIE CONGRESS on the 8th, 9th and 10th of NOVEMBER in Oviedo!

We are incredibly honored to present a symposium entitled "INNOVATING THE WAY VOCATIONAL EDUCATION IS DELIVERED: EDUCATING INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE RETENTION AND AVOID DROPOUTS."

 

In this symposium we will delve into the world of guidance and mentoring strategies in Vocational Education and Training (VET) focusing on preventive, intervention and compensatory approaches in three specific European contexts (Catalan, Portuguese and German). We strongly believe that these strategies play a critical role in improving student retention and preventing early dropout.

 

But that's not all!

 

During the symposium, we will also address the most significant risk factors that often lead to dropping out of vocational education. By understanding these factors, we can work together to develop effective solutions to overcome them and ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed in their professional journey.
